What 'My Account' means to me?
Once we have reviewed your request and confirmed your identity we will grant you access to your account dashboard. You can use this to: * View forms that you have submitted (for example ‘Request for Care & Support' and ‘Better Lives Care Assessment' forms) * See who from the Buckinghamshire Council's adult social care is supporting you * View responses to forms you have submitted * Save incomplete forms for 31 days in ‘my saved forms' image. Once we have reviewed your request and confirmed your identity we will grant you access to your account dashboard. You can use this to:

  • View forms that you have submitted (for example ‘Request for Care & Support' and ‘Better Lives Care Assessment' forms)
  • See who from the Buckinghamshire Council's adult social care is supporting you
  • View responses to forms you have submitted
  • Save incomplete forms for 31 days in ‘my saved forms'
